Customer Service/Dispatcher Needed - Sun Valley, CA in Sun Valley, CA

This Customer Service/ Dispatcher position requires a genuine, friendly phone voice, someone who's easy to talk to and likes helping people, great organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Answer incoming calls, and schedule appointments.

Speak with Clients and Technicians throughout the day to update status on appointments.

Document and update customer records based on interactions

Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving services

Handle customer inquiries and complaints (internal and external)
