Full-Time In-House Dental Biller Needed in Glendale, CA

Dental Clinic is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented In-House Dental Biller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of dental billing, coding, and insurance claim management, with hands-on experience in both PPO and Denti-Cal (Medi-Cal) billing and insurance.

Key Responsibilities:
*Submit and track dental claims for PPO, Denti-Cal, and insurance (including Delta Dental)
*Accurately apply codes and ensure timely billing
*Follow up on outstanding claims and manage appeals as needed
*Verify patient benefits and eligibility before appointments
*Handle patient billing inquiries and explain insurance coverage
*Maintain organized records of claims, payments, and adjustments
*Follow up on outstanding accounts

Requirements:
*Minimum 1 year of dental billing experience 
*Strong knowledge of codes and insurance submission protocols
*Familiar with common dental software (Dentrix)
*Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
*Must be organized, reliable, and able to work independently
