Travel Agency is looking for a Customer Success Representative to provide top-tier support to our travel agents as they embark on their journey with our host agency. This role is vital in ensuring that new agents feel welcomed, informed, and fully equipped to succeed. You will be the first point of contact for incoming agents, answering their questions, guiding them through processes, and ensuring they have everything they need to thrive.
We are seeking a highly professional, patient, and detail-oriented individual with exceptional English communication skills who can handle inquiries over the phone with confidence and clarity.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome new American (English-speaking) travel agents to the team
- Provide an outstanding onboarding experience.
- Answer agent inquiries regarding policies, tools, resources, and booking processes.
- Provide guidance and troubleshooting to ensure agents can efficiently navigate our platform.
- Maintain clear communication and a professional tone in all interactions.
- Manage multiple inquiries efficiently, ensuring prompt and thorough assistance.
- Work under pressure while maintaining a positive and solution-focused approach.
