A beautiful 5 bedroom and three bathroom House in Terra Lago, a prestigious gated community that has the following features:

Kitchen: Equipped With Different Pots, Pans, Glassware, Plastic Dinnerware for the Patio and Kids, American Coffee Maker, 2 Armenian Coffee Makers, Waffle Maker, Blender, Fluted Bundt Cake Pan, Rice Strainers, and more.

Bedrooms: All are equipped with smart TVs with Subscriptions to Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu, and ESPN. All the bedrooms have King Beds, Closets, Ceiling Fans (Except bedroom #4, which has its AC), and mirrors. There are children's books and toys in bedroom #4. One Queen Air Mattress, Two Twin Air Mattresses, an Iron, an Ironing Board, 2 Hair Dryers, 8 Folding Chairs, and one Folding Table are in the Master Bedroom Closet. In my House, 14 adult people can sleep in beds comfortably, but it definitely can accommodate more people.

Game Room: It is equipped with a Pool Table, a Poker Table, a Suitcase with 300 Casino-Quality Poker Chips, a Legends Ultimate Arcade with 300 games, a Kid's Combination Game Table (That has Hockey, Foosball, and Table Tennis), Backgammon, a Russian Bingo Game Set (Armenian Lotto: Package includes Wooden Kegs in a Sack, Playing Cards, and Blue Chips), AC, and TV.

Backyard: It has a Dining Table, 7 Dining Chairs, a Sofa, 2 Armchairs, a Table Fire Pit with its Glass Wind Guard, Water Misters, 2 Fans, A Roller Shade, a Bug Zapper, a Solar LED Pool Umbrella, a Solar Led Patio Umbrella, a Natural Gas BBQ Grill (that doesn't need to be refilled), and an Armenian Charcoal Grill (Guests need to Bring their Charcoal, Charcoal Lighter Fluid, and BBQ Skewers).

Attraction: Our house is 15 minutes away from the Coachella Festival Location and only 5 minutes away from Fantasy Resort Casino and Indio Towne Center (Which has KFC, Panda Express, McDonald's, Starbucks, Sushi Kitto, CVS Pharmacy, Home Depot, Burlington, Vallarta supermarket, IHOP and many more).

Pets: Only Pets under 15 lb. are allowed, and vaccination proof is required at the time of payment. Also, Pet owners must pay an additional $200 for deep cleaning and $500 for a security deposit per pet.

I offer my guests free of charge, early check-in and/or late check-out if there are no reservations before and/or after their reservations.

Our Rental Prices are as follows, Except for Holidays and Special Events:
Friday & Saturday: $450 / night
Sunday - Thursday: $350 / night


The Pool Heater requires 24-hour Advance Notice. The Spa and Pool Heater will be ON from 9:00 AM till 11:59 PM.
Pool Heater: $60 / day
Spa Heater: $30 / day
Pool & Spa Heater: $80 / day

Cleaning Fee: $450

Security Deposit: $1000
(The House Security Deposit and Pet Security Deposit will be returned to customers within 48 hours of check-out after we ensure that there are no damages and that customers follow the check-out instructions.)
