LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) PATIENTS CHART REVIEWER NEEDED in Glendale, CA

We are in need of a full-time bilingual (English and Armenian) medical records reviewer, preferably with an LVN license, to be a part of our mobile medical group. This is mainly an office position. The main duties of this position will be working with our EHR software, reviewing charts, and working with our providers to ensure all medical records are completed and submitted efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reviewing medical records/charts
• Communicating issues to medical providers
• Speaking with and collecting information from patients, pharmacies, and home health agencies
• Requires strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
