Parking: Driveway for 3-4 cars plus plenty of street parking.

- 4-bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms are all located on the same floor. The property is a one-story house with no stairs.  
- The living area features a TV, Couches, Coffee Table, and 65 Inch Smart TV. Has Netflix, Direct TV, Amazon Prime, and Disney.  
- The dining table in the kitchen seats 8 people.  
- The heart of the house, the kitchen provides an eight-foot-long island with four barstools providing additional seating. Our kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen appliances, cookware, dishes and glasses to provide our guest the ability to prepare gourmet meals during their stay. 

- Guests can access the private backyard from both the dining room and master bedroom. The outdoors provides a covered patio dining table, lounge seating sofas and a propane grill. Enjoy the saltwater pool and hot tub while relaxing in the desert.

Rules: No smoking inside the house. Tenants can only smoke outdoors.  
Payment methods: Venmo or Zelle. Pay $500 Deposit to hold the property upon booking. Will be subtracted from the total due.  
Service Fee: $0 (unlike Airbnb/VRBO which charges 14-20% to guests and 3-8% to hosts).
