We are seeking a detail oriented and organized intake coordinator/administrative assistant to join our team; the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities
Coordinate patient intake procedures, including gathering necessary information and documentation
Verify patient eligibility, prepare and maintain patient charts
Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, assist management with administrative tasks, filing, and record-keeping
Proficiency in computerized skills, ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and ability to work effectively with great attention to detail
Requirements
- Experience working in a medical or home health office (Willing to Train)
- Computer knowledge such as Microsoft Office, PDF, and Synergy (Preferred)
- Ability to create and update patient care plans/medication lists.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
