Description
Position: Office Manager
Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour (Based on Experience)
Location: Encino
Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time Available
Responsibilities:
Manage email and correspondence.
Answer client calls and provide great customer service.
Record and edit videos of our work.
Handle social media updates.
Perform general office tasks like filing and organizing.
Use Microsoft Office and other software tools for daily tasks.
Keep the office organized and running smoothly.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English; Armenian and Russian are a plus.
Strong communication skills.
Well-organized and able to multitask.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good tech skills, including experience with office software, video editing, and social media tools.
Sales experience and skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable car.
Experience in a body shop or with cars is a plus.
Able to manage social media effectively.
