Dental Front Office Coordinator Needed in La Crescenta, CA

Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Dental Office in La Crescenta is looking for a friendly, reliable Front Office Coordinator to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Make patient phone calls (reminders, follow-ups, etc.) – about 80% of the time
Greet patients and create a warm, welcoming experience
Check patients in and out
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
Verify insurance eligibility and dental benefits
Collect co-pays and patient balances
Assist patients with forms and paperwork
Input and update patient information in dental software
Answer phone calls clearly and professionally
Coordinate with the back office to ensure smooth patient flow
Prepare daily reports and end-of-day tasks
Assist with general office tasks as needed
Share responsibility for keeping the office clean and presentable: Examples of cleaning duties include mopping, sweeping, wiping counters, and taking out the trash


Must speak Spanish fluently
Must be punctual, reliable, and a team player
Must have a warm, bubbly personality and show genuine care for patients
Must have strong phone skills and speak clearly and professionally
Must be able to follow instructions and stay organized
Dentrix or Dentrix Ascend experience is a plus

Minimum 1 year of dental front office experience is required
