We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and friendly Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our growing team at a busy used car dealership.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with DMV paperwork and registration processing
• Help prepare and organize finance company paperwork
• Answer phone calls, greet customers, and provide excellent customer service
• Schedule appointments and maintain daily office organization
• Must speak Armenian and English fluently
• Experience in a car dealership or DMV paperwork is a plus
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
