Back Yard: Pool, Hot tub, 2 Cabanas, Sitting Area, Dining Table, TV outside 4 Sun Beds, Hammock, Flat Screen, Fire Pit, TV, Propane Barbeque, and Armenian Barbeque.
Parking: Driveway for 3-4 cars plus plenty of street parking.

- 4-bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms are all located on the same floor. The property is a one-story house with no stairs.  
- The living area features a TV, 2 pullout couches, a Coffee Table, and a 65 Inch Smart TV. Has Netflix, Direct TV, Amazon Prime, and Disney.  
- The dining table in the kitchen seats 8 people.  
- The heart of the house, the kitchen, provides an eight-foot-long island with four barstools providing additional seating. Our kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen appliances, cookware, dishes, an Armenian coffemaker, and glasses to provide our guest the ability to prepare gourmet meals during their stay. 

- Guests can access the private backyard from both the dining room and master bedroom. The outdoors provides a covered patio with 2dining tables, that can fit up to 14 people, lounge seating sofas, an Armenian BBQ, and a propane grill. Enjoy the saltwater pool and hot tub while relaxing in the desert.

Rules: No smoking inside the house. Tenants can only smoke outdoors.  
Payment methods: Venmo or Zelle. Pay $500 Deposit to hold the property upon booking. Will be subtracted from the total due.
