We provide hand on training and do not require prior experience. Our training emphasizes practical application and direct experience to enhance skill development and knowledge retention. We’ll provide you with thorough training to ensure you feel confident and prepared. You’ll also have support from our caring, team every step of the way. - We will train you! - Work with children to help them learn and grow! - Paid training and paid mileage reimbursement - Learn Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) - Work variable hours per week - Part-time position, flexible schedule - You’ll be trained and developed to provide in-home behavioral intervention to children with Neurodevelopmental disorders and their families - Ongoing dedicated supervision & support to help you succeed & thrive! Late afternoon availability (between 2:30pm/3:00pm and 5pm/6pm) is required with opportunities for morning hours too. Preferred Qualifications: - Associates Degree or bachelor’s degree preferred - Experience working with children This position is beneficial for individuals who are interested in the field of Psychology, Sociology, and any other human services. Duties and Responsibilities: - Deliver therapy sessions based on treatment plans designed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). - Utilize ABA principles to teach and reinforce communication, social, and self-help skills. - Collect and record accurate data on client progress. - Communicate effectively with families, offering feedback and
guidance. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to evaluate and adjust goals. - Maintain compliance with HIPAA and California privacy laws in all records and documentation. $20 - $26 per hour.
