At our Dental Lab, we are a primarily digital dental lab specializing in zirconia restorations and zirconia hybrid restorations. We are committed to providing exceptional dental care and high-quality restorations to our patients. We are seeking a skilled Dental Technician with expertise in ceramic layering to join our lab team and contribute to the production of accurate and aesthetically pleasing restorations.

Position Overview:
The Dental Technician (Ceramic Layering Specialist) is responsible for creating beautiful, natural-looking ceramic restorations, including crowns, bridges, and veneers. The ideal candidate has experience in layering porcelain and ceramic materials, is meticulous in detail, and can work efficiently within a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate dental restorations such as crowns, bridges, veneers, and inlays using ceramic layering techniques.
Ensure restorations meet precise aesthetic and functional specifications according to the lab order.
Shade matching and color matching to ensure natural appearance.
Follow dental technicians’ lab procedures, safety guidelines, and quality control standards.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with the lab team and dentists to ensure patient satisfaction.
Maintain equipment, work area, and materials in a clean and organized manner.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a dental technician, specifically in ceramic layering (porcelain stacking and layering).
Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, shade matching, and laboratory procedures.
Ability to work precisely and consistently with attention to detail.
Familiarity with dental materials, including ceramics, porcelain, and related products.
Experience working in a digital lab environment is a plus.
Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
Certification of Dental Laboratory Technology or related training is a plus.
