Program Director Needed at Adult Day Health Care in Van Nuys, CA

The Program Director shall coordinate, implement, and supervise all programs and services of Adult Day Health Care Center. The Program Director shall be at the center during all times of center operation. PD will ensure compliance with all ADHC/CBAS laws, regulation, CBAS certification standards, and standards of participation.
Areas of Responsibility:
1. Responsible for monitoring all programs and services of the center and for providing effective programs that assist participants to function as high as possible.
2. Supervises the implementation of each individual ADHC IPC.
3. Supervises all participant files, documentation, and record keeping.
4. Supervises all intake and assessment processes and all treatments being provided.
5. Coordinates all staff meetings and in-service training programs to meet requirements of all licenses and agency.
6. Coordinate all contract services for the ADHC program including PT, OT, PSYCH, MD, Dietician, and etc.
